Franklin Wormwood

Franklin is a brilliant scientist and graduated at the top of his class.  He works for Vantage Corporation now and researches ways to change, enhance and otherwise toy with people's powers in ways they weren't meant to be used.  He's very well-spoken but can come off as thoughtless or callous at times.  His powers allow him to neutralize the pain of anyone he touches while they're active, though there are side effects depending on how much pain he's trying to nullify that generally act the same as the side effects of medication (dizziness, lightheadedness, and confusion are the primary ones- its basically as if you were on a very strong painkiller at the hospital with basically no physical side effects).  His powers can be addictive, so caution is advised!

He's a picky eater and loves reading about things that science has yet to prove exist (cryptids, aliens, etc).  Gets unreasonably excited about that sort of thing, which can be a bit startling as he's usually fairly cool and collected.  Dating a vantage scientist and an assassin (its julian).
