Valiance Averett

Averett lives in a local abandoned church near the wall, it's partially boarded up and a little broken, but it has running water still so they're happy.  They live upstairs where the church bell used to be and sleep on a big next of old clothes and blankets.  They collect shiny baubles that the local crows give them.  The church is absolutely filled with crows and corvids, thanks to their power: they can talk to birds.  The birds generally bring them change for food or stolen snacks, and that makes up the majority of Averett's diet. 

They're awkward socially, more used to talking to birds than people, but they do their best.  They do jobs for people who don't want to be tracked down, and are currently working with GWOV and having their birds run messages for them that can't be traced by Vantage Corporation. 

Generally Averett's clothes are worn or have holes in them, and they're tall so occasionally the clothes are a little short too.  Their hair tends to be greasy thanks to a combination of being unable to shower terribly often and birds constantly sitting on their head, playing with their hair.
