Good ol' Reggie Blubberbutter

Reggie is secretly an android built by the cogs to infiltrate the Toon Resistance, however a nasty fall before he meets Flippy resulted in his memory being scrambled and mostly erased. The fall also damaged his voice module, which will sometimes be unable to output more than one word at a time. Fortunately, the Safe Chat implementation on his voice box still works in these situations, so he will generally default to it when he can. He has a suspicion he might be an android, but due to amnesia, he isn't sure. His cog handlers have attempted to find him, but Reggie has seemingly disappeared into the crowd of the Resistance, and the damage has made it impossible to contact him the intended way. Reggie finds himself attracted to the various HQs at times, despite his low laff making it so Eli tries their best to steer him away.
