Lost his arms in an accident, used to be a handler of test subjects but due the accident he cannot be close to them. PTSD. Is working as an assistant/secretary with his new bionic arms. He is skittish, scaredy cat but fully independant. he does owe for the laboratory for making him thos arms, probably can never pay them back so he fully belongs to the lab. lowkey test subject for them bionnic arms.
