Kanimeshi is sweet and friendly yet sensitive little crab. She works at a restaurant by the seaside, known as the Seashore Shack, which is enough to keep her afloat but can become overwhelming for someone of her timid demeanour - especially when customers get angry at her! Despite her shy and fragile nature which often results in some brutal teasing, Kanimeshi is a compassionate soul, always willing to lend a helping hand (or uh...helping claw?) for those in need. Though she may hesitate to stand up for herself, this young crab will never hesitate to speak out for a friend. Kanimeshi has her fair share of flaws, however; she’s emotional, easily-offended, and probably spends a little too much time on her phone! You can usually find Kanimeshi relaxing by the beach gossiping with her friends as the sun goes down.

• She has dreams of pursuing a career in fashion, though she isn’t actively doing much to achieve this.
• She’s extremely squeamish - the sight of blood alone is enough to make her faint.
• She’s a hopeless romantic, but often struggles when it comes to dating due to here anxiety. She has a crush on her friend and co-worker, Patrick, who might make a return to my main account if I reconnect with him and develop him enough!

Design Notes

• She has long hair that reaches her back. This is usually drawn as a ponytail, but she can be drawn with her hair tied into a bun.
• Her “antennae” can change position according to her mood - while they are usually drawn facing upwards they face down when she is sad/afraid/angry.
• She has three claw-like toes on her feet.
• She has four additional limbs on her back.
• She can be drawn wearing any of her optional outfits and with any of her optional items.
