Wesley has very little patience for tomfoolery and low tolerance for unfinished business. Many cogs don’t like his methods of dealing with issues but regardless, he gets the job done. Sometimes by protocol, as well as dirtier and more rigid means of business.

Wes really just wants everyone to do what they’re told so they can leave him be. He’s got a bad habit of being insensitive at the wrong time but it hardly gets him in trouble because, he’s in charge.

Despite him being a empathetic grouch, he does have a decent sense of humor. But it’s very offensive, and often derived from toilet humor as well as a shock value. The only thing that usually brings his a sense of enjoyment is golf and solitude.

Wes has a very nihilistic and apathetic view on life and honestly just does what is expected to get by. Deeply insensitive and motivated by getting what he wants with any means necessary often puts a toll on sense of fulfillment with his job. And he makes damn sure his underlings follow along in line to make that happen. As long as they do as he says, all will run accordingly smooth. As for it’s either his way, or...
