"Best river cat around!"

Lucille Fletcher is a dullahan otter, doing her best to just be herself. She's a very carefree and loving spirit and most of her friends know her well as someone to depend on. She doesn't often get heated, instead getting playfully bothered or making strange noises when she's frustrated as a means of venting without concerning anyone. This same behavior carries over into her personality: carefree and playful rather than letting anything get to her. As well, she cares very much for her friends and frets over making sure they're all okay! She's terribly flirty in the appropriate places, though sometimes in the wrong places! She knows how to take a hint, though, and doesn't want to make people uncomfortable.

This otter also knows a small bit about magic, namely just small cantrips that involve manipulation of her dullahan magics. She has a few friends who taught her these magics and granted them to her, as well as making her a dullahan - a request out of curiosity and interest in immortality.
