Omari always grew up wanting to be an entertainer, despite all the ridicule he'd get for his looks from kids and occasionally what he would hear from adults. He never let that stop him, noting that types of comedy and facial expressions he could possibly pull. He's rather smart, though prefers to act silly and comedic to seem less intimidating to others. He loves kids, though most seem to (reasonably) be scared of him at first.
He's a newer resident to the city, in most of the older residents eyes at least, even if he's been there long enough by now in order to introduce himself to others. Omari has also taken up a job at the amusement park, bonding with his co-worker Jairo over the happiness of making the park fun and a great experience from others. He wishes he got the comedy act like he wanted, but the park owner said it was 'ill advised' at the moment.
Overall though, he really wishes people didn't assume something was off about him. He's nice, he promises...
