Chiharu is a master Dj with a huge ambitious dream of changing the world.
She has brown hair, which splits off into two braid-tails. This is mimicked by her double ahoge sat atop her head. She has red eyes, and can always be seen wearing her signature plaster-over-the-nose. She can only be described as incredibly determined, and socially active. She's very loud when she wants to be and exciteable, but not in the doofy way, more the professional way. She's always down to have some fun, and is usually the one to instigate the conversation, or invite others to her home for a party.
At the same time, she looks out for her other band members, and treats them like her real family. She's extremely rebellious to her parents plans, and tries to exempt herself from their frivalous lifestyle. She'd much rather wear scraggy, ripped clothing than dresses. She has an easily loseable temper.
She owns a pet cat named 'Ramaros' and goes to the same school as the rest of the band. She is close friends with Rei.

Character
History
Chiharu is the DJ for the band REINA. She is called Haru by the other members of the band. Her mother refers to her as Chi. When Chiharu was born to Sakura Seto, and Ichirai Seto, she was an extremely quiet baby, but as she grew older she changed. She became louder, more rebellious, and much more outgoing. Despite not having many friends due to her family's high social status, Chiharu was always kind to those that approached her, and tried her very best to be a good candidate for a friend. However she was denied these friendships, and spent most of her time alone, despite loving social interaction. When she was invited to join REINA, her life changed for the better, and she made four new friends in one day.
Joining REINA
After several times facing denial, Chiharu was deciding whether or not to give up on her dreams, and settle down doing what her parents wanted her to do. She was contemplating on the roof of her school, watching students leave when she was approached by Rei. The other girl spoke to her for awhile, and the two discussed their dreams. Inspired by what Rei had to say, Chiharu decided to tell her about her own dream, and that's when Rei asked if she'd like to join the band as the last member of REINA. Her invitation moved Chiharu to tears, and as a result, Rei is the only one whose ever seen her cry. Because of this, Rei and Chiharu are exceptionally close and work together to produce a lot of the music for the band.
DJ
Raised in a family of famous musicians, it was always expected of her to learn some sort of instrument. What wasn't expected of her, was to start learning DTM. ( Desktop music ). Her family, whilst not completely supportive, allowed her to proceed with learning, and eventually she became a master of it. Without a band to perform with, Chiharu couldn't show her skills off, and so she started searching for the right band. After being denied to several bands for not 'playing an instrument' Chiharu eventually found Rei, where she was invited to join REINA.
Rei Hoshi
[ friendship ] Rei Hoshi was the girl who changed Chiharu's life forever. She gave her the opportunity to join a band, and make friends, and for that she's forever grateful. Haru looks up to Rei a lot, despite this, she's a massive Tsundere and will never admit it.
Futaba Tanaka
[ friendship ] Futaba was the first person she was introduced to when she joined REINA. She immediately clicked with the other girl, and the two of them were talking about music shortly after meeting. She considers Futaba a close friend, and tells her everything. Even her admirations for Rei.
Ori Waters
[ friendship ] Ori and Haru have clashed in the past over their friendship with Futaba, but eventually after a long discussion, the two came to agree that they weren't much different, and because of that, have grown closer as friends, and bandmates.
Sato Hoshi
[ friendship ] Chiharu is extremely envious of Sato for being Rei's sister, and how close the two of them are. But at the same time, she has a mutual respect for her, and she usually stays with her in her room when she has sleepovers at the Hoshi home. She just can't bring herself to sleep in the same room as Rei.
