Based off of this song! Cy has lived on the outskirts of Pokemon society for a long time, avidly watching the eventful lives of the townsfolk but being far too shy and reserved to join in. He wants to make friends and partake in the fun of town life, but he lacks the courage to do so. Then one day, he meets a certain someone who will force him to change his way of life and social outlook, for better or worse.
