- Alaric was waiting for his father to pick him up from graduation when his Aunt came to tell him about the accident.
- He took up smoking to help deal with his anxiety.
- Alaric is bisexual. He just likes cuties that he can tease.

Alaric usually keeps to himself. He hates people interfering with his business. He lives alone and prefers it that way. Despite his abrasive attitude and intimidating personality, he does have a few close friends. He can be quite passive and laid back until he doesn't have any nicotine (or if he generally feels threatened).
Alaric grew up too fast after his mother died when he was young and the only person who was left to care for him was his drunkard of a father. He learned pretty quickly in life that he had to learn to fight in order to survive. He often hid himself in his room when his father came home to avoid being beaten up. When he was 17 his father died in a drunk driving accident and he was taken in by his mother's sister. She tried to give him a stable home but he was never the same after his father's abuse. He got his GED at his aunt's insistance. He met a girl he fell deeply in love with but she cheated on him on Christmas so he hates the holiday. He always feels alone on that day and Valentine's and memories come flushing back. (WIP)
Despite his name meaning happiness and peace, Ko has an unrivaled temper. He hates annoying things and people seem to be on the top of the list. Regardless of that, he works at a daycare part-time for a family friend. Him and Alaric get along surprisingly well due to a lot of common interests and generally not giving a fuck about anything.
Ginko is always getting into trouble wherever he goes. He just attracts it. On any given day you can find him covered in bandages and he'll tell you an outrageous story about how he got them. He's genuinely a nice guy, just a bit dramatic. Mildly homeless so hangs out at Alaric's.
The first girl he ever fell in love with. They dated for a year and she ended up cheating on him. He found out when he went over to surprise her with a Christmas gift and found her in bed with another guy. It really messed Alaric up. They still see each other around but act like they don't know one another.
