Matcha is a Mew created by Giratina, rather than Arceus, hence their Ghost typing. They used to be a bad person who liked to hurt people for fun. Nowadays, they're trying to be nice and a decent person, but can slip up from time to time. They still do what they want, and can be pretty impulsive, but they try their best. They're rarely serious and enjoy doing stupid things with their friends.
