designated as anomaly 24B she's seen wandering gravel drives near crater lake WA or swaying in the breeze with the trees at the near the empty nuclear silos close by

she seems to be benevolent, though if you get to close she will attack

she may have been human once? it appears she is wearing a weathered and torn hospital gown

she imitates voices she's heard, she cant talk just mimic stuff she hears even animal noises or ambient sounds, though she struggles with human voices, most of her mimics coming out as garbled echos

     general description:

• - 9 feet tall and incredibly boney and frail
• - her skin is leathery and darkened at the end of her limbs, mostly covered in dirt, bruises and dried blood
• - her eyes are all iris, dark red with white slit like pupils
• - long dirty and ragged dark brown hair
• - may have been previously human, seemingly affected by radiation or mutation 
• - wears a ragged dirty hospital gown with the code 24B on the torn sleeves
