Has rhino beetle head fused to the top of his skull - which is his actual face. (Birth mutation) His humanoid face lacks detail and looks like a drawing / mask, and is motionless other than the eyes. Sees through both sets of eyes but eats only through the top head.
Sometimes coils his hair around his real face in the shape of a pompadour to appear more normal.
Shaves his eyebrows.
Has a set of humanoid and insect arms.
