Chelsea

Chelsea is a mellow parrotfish-based mermaid that likes sunbathing on the surface of the water and swimming with the current.

Chelsea has dark brown skin and electric blue hair. She is a cubby mermaid with a wide tail that fades from blue to seagreen with a countour line of pink at the end of each scale. Her hair is afro-like in texture and kept in twintails by elastics with two pink balls on each pigtail. She has bright green eyes.
