Is the adoptive daughter of Kekei and biological sister to Nivi
Her and her sister, Nivi, had lost their parents shortly after Nivi was born. They were sent to MistView church to be taken care of. A fellow Seafolk in the village quickly adopted the sister, and provided all she can for the two.
Loire has since become an artists and draws portraits for coin. She also does it for fun, she can be found on the coast side, drawing landscapes.
