Kekei is the adoptive mother of Loire and Nivi. She found them when they were tiny children.
Being the simple seamstress in town, Kekei never has time on her side. The poor busy woman works harder than most, trying her best to have everyone clothed and protected from the elements.
She once had a husband, but he died of illness many moons ago. She wanted children with her late husband but could never have. She was blessed with two darling orphan Seafolks, like herself.
