BY BUYING MY DESIGNS, YOU ABIDE BY MY TOS
It's your responsibility to remember these terms when associating with my designs. Custom designs don't apply.

MY RIGHTS

• I preserve all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion.
• I own the original copyright of the character/design, the original artwork, and the credit for the creation.
• I claim all rights to Intellectual Property.
• Only I can put rules on my designs.

YOUR RIGHTS

• You get ownership and rights to use the character and design; you're not given the credit for the creation of the character/design.
• You’re not allowed to use it for commercial use without prior explicit permission.
• You'll be the owner of the adoptable and the design, and have the rights to use it as you please, but please notify me.
• You are to credit me—the designer—every time it's used.
• You can sell the design more than you paid for. Please contact me for future transfers so that I can keep track of where the designs are going!
• You can make minor changes (name, clothing, colors, and minimum parts); but major changes aren't allowed without approval.

REFUND

• You can surrender the design back to me.

BONUS

• 15% off if you commission me with designs created by me.
