Hato

Prince Hato. Adopted brother to Princess Eliza. He looks to be 21 but is actually only 90 years old; elves age differently than a human would. Hato has slightly tanned skin with a more yellow undertone. His mint green eyes are often found surrounded in black eyeshadow and eyeliner. His black hair is shaggy and meticulously spiked out towards the right side, he has tufts of hair that lay down in front of his ears that go just past his chin. His pointed ears are on the smaller side. Black lipstick adorns his lips at all times. He wears a high necked shirt similar to a turtleneck but without sleeves. Over the top of that is a black sleeveless vest where white outlines the edges, the inside of it hints of the color red on the lapels which are folded over. His left arm holds a black and red horizontally striped armband, with ripped and tore fishnet gloves up to his armpit. Fishnet gloves found on both arms. He has on black full fingered gloves with a red trim on his wrist. He wears black pants with red horizontal rips, held up by a black belt with silver buckle chains hanging off it on his left side. His shoes are black vans type skater shoes, with a white ribbon around his left ankle. He has on a white star charm necklace. Atop of spiked hair sits a white bat like hair clip/tiara. A red halo with stars hanging off in small fine chains floats above.
