Design TOS

- do not sell my designs for more than you paid for, except if there is PAID art to go with it (personal art would be what you'd sell your art for).
- my designs are not meant for your profit, do not flip them and sell them for more than you bought them for.
- do not copy/steal/trace/reference my designs, if I own them or not.
- do not sell my designs as your own.
- do not remove my signature on any of my designs (ask me if you need it moved).

Art TOS


- do not claim my art as your own.
- do not post my art elsewhere (if it's not on dA, th, or chickensmoothie under the username DragonOfEmber/justamindset it's not me).
- please report any stolen art to me.
- any art i do for you is for personal use unless i give permission to use it for commercial use.
