Quirk info: Aiko’s quirk allows her to summon and manipulate water. She commonly uses her quirk to form high-speed water shields in which the particles of water moving in front of a person are strong enough to block most magical and physical attacks though strength quirks or electric quirks can break through more easily. She also can create a “water illusion” over her body or another person to disguise them in another form. Aiko often uses this to disguise herself on missions while being lazy or to make her appear in a location she’s not in. The water she summons can also move at high enough speeds that you can be cut by it or contained inside a cage of it. Some limitations are if the weather’s cold enough for her water to begin freezing, she’ll have less control over it and if it freezes completely, it’s useless to her. Additionally, her body is very sensitive to weather and her skills are limited in very extreme (cold or hot) weather.

Bio: Aiko was raised in an orphanage near the edge of Tokyo after her parents were killed by a street gang they weren’t able to pay – they were poor and couldn’t pay rent or the gang they paid a while ago for help. She was immediately sent to the orphanage after a hero saved her from the gang and was raised there pretty poorly. No one really liked her because of her appearance and the scales sprouting over her body made her look pretty monstrous. A lot of the kids called her “Loch Ness” for her scales and fins behind her ears and she was bullied throughout her younger years. When she turned 6, on her birthday, a man came in and adopted her. She found out that he was part of the League of Villains but she was blinded by the fact that she was saved to let that fact bother her. Although she had her own sense of moral justice, she saw Mori as a savior and followed him endlessly. He taught her how to use and control her quirk and stayed by her as she grew up, taking her on some of his missions. She grew used to gore, death, manipulation, etc and eventually it started taking hold of her. After she turned 16, Mori started sending her on infiltration missions into the Hero Association thanks to her ability to hold disguises and she did her job well. Later on, the jobs became more… brutal but she carried them out to get complimented. Nowadays, she works as Mori’s second-in-command and is always at his beck and call for missions and jobs. Bounty hunters are also always out for her scales since they’re holographic and “precious”.
