FFXIV || Thya's childhood was relatively normal, considering the life she leads now. Her mother had left their clan to start her own, and in so doing she created a clan of several different Miqote individuals as well as Hrothgar individuals. Thya grew up around many, many different cats of many different backgrounds that engaged her inquisitive and nomadic nature. She was always told stories of grandeur about where everyone originally came from, and it made her excited to start her own adventure. She started out doing whatever people asked of her, and due to her friendly, outgoing and wild nature, people naturally flocked to her with their menial tasks. It was only when she was gifted with the Echo that her life changed - for better, or for worse.
She became deeply attached to her found family in the Scions and over the years, even though much and more has changed, she prides herself in being able to be by their side. She's definitely a handful at times, but the Scions know very well of her bombastic nature and how to handle such situations that require a calmer, firmer side of her.
OCVERSE || Thya grew up in a secluded community on the planet Wyster, a planet that is a tad closer to Minka's home planet Mirramor than most. Her community were called "Mist Walkers," as they each hold an important spiritual role in saving beasts known as Cosmic Dragons. Thya was always inquisitive by nature, and always made a habit of exploring the wilderness beyond their settlement, much to her parent's dismay. They were called Mist Walkers for their innate ability to conceal themselves in the night and walk amongst the heavy mist.
