Summary of history; Xueyong was a lab rat of sorts. He was among the first to be injected with alien DNA that was supposed to be used to create an army of people capable of fending off the aliens. Things took a turn for the worse and he ended up losing his arm and many of his memories.

Personaltiy: Xueyong is very socially awkward. He's hyper and fun and kind of a goofball. He's very quirky and very creative. He's also very good at imporvising. He is, however, very immature. He's in his 40's and is still into decora fashion. Granted he still lowkey wants to get into a band that utilizes the fashion.
