The guardian of a limbo-like space called the Garden and the fourth seat of the KARMA council. Milo is the son of the preceding God of Rebirth, who so ungratefully eloped with a human and brough disgrace upon the spirits of the afterlife. Because of this, Milo never received any recognition from the Gods and has never stopped receiving those white eyes despite his hardwork for the Council. Milo's job is to oversee the souls in the Garden and help them fulfill their regrets or seek repentance, which then gives them a chance to reincarnate. In short, he is pretty much a psychologist for the dead.
Milo owns a magic needle (which he safekeeps in his fluffy tail) that can create plushie vessels for lost souls. When the dead enters the Garden, he will grant them an animal plushie of his choice which encapsules the soul like a body. The person within will then receive the power to transform between a kemono human and their corresponding animal form.
