 | She is a silver fox living with schizophrenia. Her girlfriend is a coyote. This character is schizophrenic, meaning they have psychotic and anti-social symptoms and tendencies. If you are familiar with the real symptoms of this illness you may respectfully depict her expressing them. Rainflower (aka "Jane") has a bit of a diminutive and mousey look to her. Overall she tends to shy away from people, leaving the social interaction to her wanderlust girlfriend who sports a more fiery personality. This isn't to say she doesn't like people- quite the opposite! She just simply prefers to watch from a safe distance and dote on strangers from afar rather than get involved directly. They live together, relying heavily on one another for the traits the other doesn't have, at the edge of a nature reserve alongside a city- caught between nostalgia and optimism for the future. There is a very old story associated with them that never saw the light of day, but now they just mainly represent me and my partner. |
