Dusk Haze or Midnight Luster because I'm indecisive idk,,, maybe Dusk Gleam?

y'know that pretty glow of the fog at night? yup, that was him.

main job is to create the night fog / clear clouds at night or around sunset!

kind of chill, cool, maybe sliiightly cocky? probably comes off a little like RD at the start, like chilling upside down on clouds and a little over confident about how well he can do his job, but he's overall a nice guy
