She is a responsible and independent girl. She doesn't like having anyone help her. Celeste tends to hide a lot from people due to the fact that she doesn't want to deal with anyone fussing over her. She can be very closed off to people she meets. Keeping others at a distance due to all the secrets she hides from everyone. She tends to be harsh at times and sometimes tend to speak before she thinks. But its mostly because she has to hide all her weakness when being on the streets. Deep down when someone gets to know her she is actually a very stressed and vulnerable girl who just needs help.
Backstory:
Celeste was an only kid. She grew up with only her mother and they were always together. Celeste didn't mind not having a father. It didn't really concern her. As long as she had her mother then it was all ok. Of course later on her mother did fall in love with a very butch woman called Diana. Things went smooth. Celeste fell in love with Diana and soon accepted her as part of the family. When Celeste hit 16 she had began to notice that her mother's were struggling with cash. So she took a little paper job in the mornings to help them out a little. Which did help out a little for a while. But when a sudden illness came over Celeste's mother money began to get tight again. It was around this time that she took herself out of school to help with paying her bills. She managed to worm her way into a few part time jobs. As the years went on she worked herself the the bone just to get enough money to help pay bills. But things were still not looking good. One night Celeste began to crunch the numbers and figured out that she was some of the problem. Since they had to provide things for her as well. So she decided to hatch a plan. She saved a little bit of money over the year the best she could. When her 19th birthday came around she told her mother's she was going to move out so they could save on money. The pair tried to make her change her mind but she was set on doing it. So she found a crappy little apartment and moved into it. Things went great for about two years. But things began to collapse when she hit 21.
Suddenly her job that was providing her with all her money was gone. The place she was working closed down. She was left struggling to find another job. Time went by and she ended up being drowned in bills from her landlord. She slowly had to sell things just to get by. Soon she began to run out of things and she was broke. She ended up getting kicked out due to not being able to afford her rent anymore. So with just her clothes she left. Celeste ended up couch surfing for a while but she ended up feeling bad when she did. All her friends had their lives together and she didn't. She ended up lying to them all saying how she had found a place to stay. But really she was homeless. She managed to find herself short jobs after this so she could make enough money to scrap by. But she never found a place to really stay. She hung out were most of the other homeless people would be. Mostly stuck to abandoned buildings so she could have a little shelter. Five years pass and she has only managed to find herself small deliver jobs which let her have enough money for food. She has never bothered trying to find a place since she never has the money.

She is very good at saving and stretching her money to make it last longer.
She keeps the fact that she is homeless hidden from everyone including her mother's.
She sometimes visits her mother's place to check up on them and to also get some free food.
