swirlix + scatterbug fusion

i got attached to this and the turtwig + unfezant fusion so here we go

genderfluid | yes it has candy in its fluff and the things on its head are indeed smarties. the fluffy parts taste like cotton candy - and probably are cotton candy. the stuff in said fluff look like partially eaten chocolate bars
