i got attached to this and the swirlix + scatterbug fusion so here we go

bigender | the middle part on its head looks like both a palm tree and two pairs of wings. it can act as a fan to blow nice cool air onto others and themselves. | fluffier than most turtwigs are - since turtwigs dont have fluff | lives on a beachy area of some town probably
