Cookie is a history-obsessed Yoshi who loves to travel. She recently took up residence in Petalburg and has been doing research on the effects of Hooktail's presence in the nearby Petal Meadows. She frequently visits Rogueport and other nearby towns, where she pays to hear stories about the origin of these dragons - whenever she can afford it. Her good friend Conductor "Jerry" Goom lives here as well, and having tea with the self-centered train collector is a nice break from haggling prices with scam artists.

In her free time she enjoys baking all sorts of pastries, but nothing can compare to cookies.
