design permissions for adopted dragon with ... extra heads:

-you may give the dragon scales if u want

-you may change the color and appearance of the eyes

-you may add or remove heads, but the end result must be such that one can tell that this is the same adopt as the one u adopted in the point adopts ref

-added heads must have the same anatomy as other heads
