Once you have purchased a design from me, said design is yours now.
Name, gender, backstory, etc, are all up to you; I delete a character's previous information when I resell them and these may not be reused as I tend to recycle concepts.
You can change the design, all I ask is that they're not to be made unrecognizable and too far removed from their original concept. I do not under any circumstances allow black or brown characters to have their skin tones lightened, nor do I allow textured hair to be erased.
Resells are permitted, but you can't resell for more than you bought them for unless additional art is added.
I don't permit my designs to be used in portraying incestual themes, pedophilia, minor/adult content, nazi ideologies, or promoting hate speech of any other kind.
