Chae Averett

Chae is a bit of a scatterbrain, mostly unable to keep his thoughts organized and running from one thought to another with little rhyme or reason. He likes to do his job of delivering packages and is usually able to perform it, despite the fact he rarely sticks around after the fact. He has an almost childlike curiosity and wonder of the world which keeps him occupied as nearly everything fascinates him.

Chae is a delivery person in the Noxalle mail network, his job being mainly to deliver packages to and from Noxalle towns. While his network usually keeps him in the Pacific Northwest, he sometimes ventures out of it and is always delighted at the adventures he finds.
