- Characters may be gifted or traded freely.
- Characters may be resold, however, please do not resell one of my designs for more than you bought it for unless you have purchased extra art for that character!
- Always credit me as the original designer on this site (toyhou.se), and please credit me for the first time you draw a design you got from me! I would love to see what you do with it!
- Designs may not be used for commercial use unless you contact me first and I provide you with written consent. This may incur an extra fee.
- I will not take trade-backs or give refunds for my designs.
- If you commission me to draw a design I made, you will get a 10% discount!
