Captain Levi “Lior” Quartzfoe is a frequent visitor to The Broken Retreat, and Killer-Salt Village. Lior is an alcoholic, and due to years of drinking, this has made an effect on his mentality and sanity. Sometimes he’ll say the most random things to the most random people. Other times, he’ll recall a dream he had to a complete stranger. Despite this, he is still able to keep his crew in good spirits, since most of them enjoy drinking as well. Lior’s adventures are mainly for contracts, which he claims is easy gold whether the bounty is dead or alive. He is a capable fighter, but mainly hopes that his crew survive the battles as well. Due to his approach to other people, he treats his crew as his family, and anyone else as outcasts. Somehow, despite the drinking that he can do in a single night, he still has a slim figure.
