Cepheus

Personality||
Cepheus is a watcher. Having existed for millions of years, he has grown apathetic to change, apathetic to pretty much everything around him. Well, besides his mate Tempora who is as eternal as he is. Occasionally, if there is serious need, he will intervene with some event, but he mostly doesn't care enough to do so. He enjoys painting, and since he has a whole host of colors on him, he really enjoys that, though he has to be careful with his powers. He doesn't want to have a painting ruined by the fact that his powers in the paint activated. He genuinely cares for Tempora, and fusses over her whenever she gets a wound from actively watching rather than the passive watching he does. He also likes to explore the vastness of the universe, and always has an escape plan in case things go wrong.

Powers and Stuff||
Cepheus is millions of years old, because he is semi immortal. He was created when there was a safe planet for him to begin living on. No one knows quite how he came into being. He doesn't know either. Most of the time he is out exploring some distant planet when not with his mate Temporary busy going back in time to observe what is going on. He does not need Oxygen to survive, and is able to survive in many harsh conditions. The most remarkable achievement is that he can survive in space for 1 hour unaided before having to retreat to a more neutral climate. He dies this by using his portal powers, using the paint colored like space. The other purple starred paint gives him the ability to create realtime mini star models so he can watch them for extended periods of time. When the green starred paint is smeared onto a solid surface, when someone other than Cepheus stares into it the paint creates a picture of their deepest desire for all to see. The yellow and blue paint can summon small objects, so smaller than a 3x3x3 ft cube, to his current location when he paints it. And the black and white paint is used for making illusions.
