Setting: **Teresa resides in Cardio, in a nice home towards the center of the city. Her workplace is much more difficult to find, hidden within a small unnamed weapon shop in an alleyway. It's open 24/7, so there's always someone present. the shop leads to an underground complex, the North American Site of Operations. There is barely any trace of it existing in any maps or schematics, so just finding it is difficult, therefore trying to get in uninvited...? Nearly, if not even, impossible. Even Magic can't penetrate this underground fortress, as a constant spell prevents the use of any teleporting spells, artifacts, Rune magic, etc... one can't even teleport to inside the weapon shop unless by special means, such as an unknown magic, use by technology, or if matter and or forces simply do not apply, Eg. any of the Universe entities.The underground base is incredibly advanced using top of the line equipment and safety measures. It is the second largest Earthen Government base, only bested by the one found in London, and now it is all under Teresa's control.

**Teresa grew up in Uykit, the city north of Cardio. She was told about the truth of the world at a young age, mostly due to her father working for the Secretive Government as an investigator. She went through life pretty normally; all through school she got A's and B's, she took Spanish, played flute in the band, and was part of the Student Government Association. She was practically a perfect student. It was around this time that she met Chang, a below average student more interested in the incredible real world than a false school system. He was enlightened as well, even an aspiring swordsman and mage, always inspired by his Mother, who was a skilled mage, possibly with ties to Gourde, or a few dragons. An odd match, but somehow things worked out, as the two got along well. She was always interested in her father's work, and after his death a few years after Teresa graduated she was determined to continue his legacy by taking up on his line of work. So she did, but kept it all secret from her boyfriend, fearing it would cause him trouble. Funnily enough he did the same with many of his other relations, such as dealings with other Mages, often of the devious and illegal sort. This secret keeping continued as their lives continued; they ended up having a daughter, Tima Adkins. but this pre-story isn't completely perfect. A final incident drove Chang to leave Teresa and their newborn daughter, lest he bring danger upon them. Little did he know that Teresa's daily life was nothing but danger, as she had kept her occupation a secret all that time. She could not grasp why he left at such a time, and neither was willing to explain, always keeping these unnecessary secrets. Teresa raised Tima on her own, rising through the ranks to eventually watch after all of north america as the chief overseer. She never forgave Chang, and Chang never forgave himself, later learning the truth of that situation created by foolish young lovers.

**Currently Teresa successfully runs North America. She may have faced opposition and doubts, but her abilities now shine through, clear as day. Her name is one to be respected, as crossing her is on any enlightened persons list of things to never do. It's much safer that way, After all, she controls what the people hear, see, and know. Staging a disappearance would be an easy task for her. A recent challenge that she had had to face among the sudden rise in out of place occurrences is the Enlightened Resistance, run by Collin and Imelda. This group threatens to bring down her influence on the people, but Teresa...really doesn't see them as a threat. In her eyes there is little this group can really do, so she simply keeps an eye on their whereabouts and deals with the constant flow of problems that this area produces.

**Collin, Imelda, and the Valgets plan a take over of her organization, and actually succeed in subduing her operations.** Teresa is badly injured, nearly killed, then taken in by the Valgets in an attempt to keep her alive. Collin then proceeds to keep tabs over her base, but is soon subdued by reinforcements. His group is scattered. Teresa survived her encounter, but still has the scars to prove her loyalty and sacrifice for her cause.

**13 years since Quinn began his operation to give humanity its full potential, and Teresa has once again astounded the Enlightened. she is named head of Operations of the entire organization of earth. Gourde had retired, and handed it over to her after the incredible bravery and skill she displayed during Collin's attempted take over. She then resides in London, often visited by her daughter and Chang, who finally stopped being such a wuss and explained himself. It seems like the perfect turn out for her.
