Officer Cog is the first ever, well, Officer Cog to be made a decade ago, so he's the oldest. The makers needed more assistance since the living ones can tend to be on breaks because of illnesses or other important things, so making Officer Cogs are the only option they have had, and thus, he was "born".
Personality
Pretty strict, but he's like that for the safety of others. He is programmed to feel unlike most of others.

He can use his hands as tasers and guns to catch criminals down.
