Charlotte is a rather skilled mage working as a higher ranking official within earth's hidden global government; she specializes in maintaining a support role and seems to be gifted with exceptionally good luck.

Somewhat childish build mostly due to her shorter than average stature, "has some meat on her" yeah I'll just type that for now.
Straight black hair just past her shoulders, usually worn in a half ponytail.

Author's notes
- Used to have a familiar named Lorianne which would take the form of a female Venezuelan poodle moth, though she was actually a bit larger than real poodle moths. I decided to not mess around with familiars, so the moth was forgotten.
- Charlotte is one member of a trio of characters that should never, EVER get together consisting of Qyii, Soulska, and herself. Her shields are incredibly difficult to get through, and when that's what's keeping the plasma glass cannon that is Qyii and the immense powerhouse that is Soulska from even getting harmed by whatever your throwing at them, you might as well just give up all hope.
- In my playthrough of Miitopia, Charlotte acted as my mage. She did her job pretty well, though her luck didn't really carry over all too much.
Creation
- She was a nameless NPC sort of character before proving herself interesting. she was meant to be a simple block in progress for Soulska, Collin and crew, but ended up being a huge obstacle.
Art
- Charlotte tends to be somewhat serious, so her expression should reflect that. Despite her skill, experience, and attitude she still appears physically childish, so her serious look might come off as like childish pouting, maybe just a little.
Music
- Rotten Heresy and Chocolate?: A song that, even in just its instrumentals, I have related to the Global Government as a whole. Therefore, Charlotte gets it too.
