Nissa

Nissa is a potato puff, a species created by Silhh.
Nissa is technically genderless, but identifies as female. Her name means "friendly elf". She is very michevious and loves potatoes. She has green eyes and long white hair with blue and green highlights. Nissa has two black lines on each of her cheeks that resemble war paint. Her ears are the feathers on her head, and her tail and the fluff on her neck share the same pattern as her ears. She prefers to run around naked, but will tolerate clothing. Also, she really likes pancakes for some unknown reason.
