BY RECIEVING A DESIGN BY ME VIA TRANSFER, TRADE, OR SALE, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

☆ All designs and artwork are made for personal use only! I do not allow commercial usage of my designs. You may use the design in non-profit games, comics, and so forth. Just as long as I'm properly credited for the design, there is no issue!

☆ When claiming a design, I will only hold for 24 hours. If payment is not received within that time frame, the adopt will be released and reopened.

☆ Refunds for flatsale / premade designs are not allowed.

☆ You may resell the design for the amount in which you paid. If you have extra commissioned artwork, you may resell for the original price + the amount you paid for the commissioned artwork.

☆ You may not resell a traded or freebie design unless you have extra commissioned artwork.

☆ Vouchers or physical item trades are okay for any design, except freebie designs without any monetary value added.

☆ Once you purchase a design, you are welcome to redesign or completely overhaul just as long as I'm credited as the original creator of the design!

☆ A previous owner does not hold the right to revoke a design from the current owner. Once a trade or sale and transfer of rights is completed, the design belongs fully to the new owner. If there is an issue with this, do not hesitate to message me.

☆ A previous owner does not hold the right to add-on rules or restrictions to the design once it leaves their hands. (I.E. "You may not redesign" or "you must trade/sell this character back to me (the previous owner)")

☆ I will never revoke a design from a banned or blacklisted user. You are welcome to trade, sell if you purchased it prior, or gift.
