Ezio met Bruno by random chance at a café near Ezio’s home a little over 2 years prior to the beginning of Vento Aureo. The two had ordered the same drink and Biscotti made a quick passing comment about it, which led to a conversation between the two wherein they found out they actually had much more in common. Their relationship built up from there around the fact that they found it so easy to communicate with each other and felt so naturally comfortable as if they’d been friends for years. After a year of friendship, their romantic relationship began when Bruno asked Ezio out on their first actual date. Ezio loves being affectionate and touchy with Bruno, though Bruno can be a bit awkward about this at times, usually when around others, and prefers for him not to do it in public. For the most part, Ezio complies with this, not wanting to make Bruno uncomfortable in any way, though Ezio does have a habit of blowing kisses to him and calling him cute nicknames around his team just to see his flustered face.
After Bruno’s death, Biscotti was understandably devastated and heartbroken. He coped with his loss by focusing on taking care of others, as he had always done. It came more naturally to him to console Pastello over Narancia’s death than to wallow in his own sadness. For the most part, he grieved over his own loss privately, wanting only to bring joy to others rather than make things worse for them than they already were.

- Around the time that Vento Aureo occurred, Bruno and Ezio had been discussing moving in together
- Ezio often complains that Bruno "doesn't have enough color in his wardrobe"
Modern AU Trivia:
- Bruno and Ezio were business partners before dating. Ezio owns and fashion company and Bruno owns a jewelry company which are often advertised together and their items are frequently sold together in sets, though the businesses have not officially merged
