Physical Description

Thia has very pale skin and grey eyes. Her hair is white and reaches her hips when not braided. On her forehead and down to her nose is the mark of her family's house. Her frame is very slender and on the taller side. Her back is a mess of scars from whips, usually these are hidden by glamour spells. She tends to wear her traveling clothing in shades of browns and greens more than the dresses expected of her station.

Thia is a strong leader for her party. She can be headstrong and temperamental at times. She hates being confined, either by walls or in expectations. Thia has a wonder lust and a heart that can't settle down in one town or village just yet.

Her Story
Thia is born royal, but with the heart and spirit of a Ranger. Ever since she was a child she took to wanting to be outside, to explore the gardens and often ruined a play outfit in the dirt and grime. This seemed to grow as she did, as a teen Thia shirked her lessons in favor of stalking the woodlands with a bow, not to hunt but to track the animals that lived there to watch them. On the night she was to be wed the first time to Parvon, she fled into the night, afraid to tie herself down to the courts and dresses of her station.
That was when she ran across trouble. Young and inexperienced she was captured by humans who hated elves, spending months withstanding horrors she refuses to admit. It was by luck and teamwork with another prisoner that she escaped, weak, ill, and injured to the nearest settlement. It happened to be inhabited by dwarves. There she was offered a bed in the home of Canti to use while her body recovered. Alone, frightened, and still fresh from the trama of her captivity it took years before she was well enough to leave the dwarves, in that time she had been adopted and considered a clan sister to many.
When she left, Canti went with her to be sure the elf would be alright. For while her body had healed from the injuries, illness, and malnutrition, he wasn't sure her mind and spirit had. Returning to her home was hard, and left with yet another wedding fled from in the night, this time as ambassador between Avalon and the elves. It was the only way Thia could think to continue living the life she desired, without telling her family of her time imprisoned in fear of it starting a war with humans.
