Monte is a 15 year old humanoid fish who lives within the city of Rjali, a once-glorious deepsea empire that is protected by the eldritch god Cthulhu. Because of this association with eldritch gods and magic, he is able to speak fluent R’lyehian to his content, and is able to cast powerful spells. (More to come)
