Adopts/Designs designed by me.

You're free to use the design however you want. Sona/mascot etc. This includes commercial use of the design but not the usage of the artwork of adoption file. You're free to edit the design however you want, change species(this includes changing a character to already existing CS if you have a permission), gender, colours etc. I'd ask you to keep the original design somewhere like in a separate tab or stash file. The rule about specie change does not apply to my CS adopts.Credit is required just once unless is it a character from my CS.Once adopt goes to you I loose all the character rights but still reserve the right to use the adoption file as part of my art portfolio. I will not revoke a character. It's yours afterall.Even if you are blacklisted at the time of owning one of my designs you are not forced to trade or sell the design I made. You are blacklisted from future trade or sales hosted by me. Selling/trading/gifting my designs to blacklisted users will result you beign put there as well.You must pay within 24 hours, otherwise the character will be placed back on sale.Hiding your bids is not allowed, you'll receive max. 2 warnings.Do not bid if you don't have the money. Backing out and saying that you no longer have the funds and later buying something else isn't cool ya know?If the 1st highest bidder backs out I'll go with 2nd highest bidder but if they back out I'll go with the next highest and so on. Do not bash others for not getting the design, if this happens I'll blacklist you immediately.

Their value+how is determined.

You can Trade/Sell/Gift design. How you got the design doesn't matter.

Art Usage.

Art can be reposted by the owner only with proper credit.Art made by me cannot be used for commercial purposes.Drawing over it is prohibited.Hue changes are fine.Cropping is fine.
