The Water Bearer.
As a Lapis Lazuli, she yields water to her command. As a Galaxy Person, she is marked with the Aquarius Constellation, both in her gem, and wings. Her wings are frail, like most others in her species with this power. However, after the disaster on their planet caused by humans, she vowed to grow stronger and to never let that happen again.

Design Notes
- Her species is naturally gender-less, hence the "NB" aspect; however, she physically appears female and has been designated as such by other alien races including humans.
- She is 1/3 the weight of what is average for her height. This is because BOTH her species are naturally lighter, as they are made of stardust and light.
- Her body is made entirely out of stardust (Galaxy People) and light (Gems); her hair and skin glimmer, her sclera glow white, and she has a crystal protruding from her shoulder.
- The Aquarius Constellation appears no her gem and wings.
