Personality

He tries to be regal and beautiful, but really he's just a good natured sweetheart and his 'cover' doesn't last very long if at all. He is however a bit of a prissy thing and proud of his appearance and a little preening. He is however kind and gentle, and he liked using his stardust to entertain people or grant gifts. However, trying to steal the dust or scrape it off of him he considers very offencive and makes him quite temperamental. 

Biography

A dragon that flies among space, collecting the dust of dead or dying stars and using them for his own magics and power, as well as for creating new stars within the vastness of space. Often leaving trails of stardust behind him.
