Kichirou

Overview

Kichirou is the eldest son of three and the owner of a somewhat shady shop that deals in charms, tarot reading, and other related items. He travels constantly, visiting temples and shrines to pass out his handmade charms and procure rare and interesting items for his collection and shop. As befitting the aura of his rather unique shop, Kichirou is crafty and sly, and not one to be trusted easily. His intentions aren't always necessarily malicious, but he puts personal gain first generally and won't hesitate to take advantage of the unsuspecting. Given his unique affinity with his set of tarot cards, it's wise to keep your guard up with him. 

 Quirk - Tarot (BNHA Verse ONLY)

His quirk allows him to attune to a set of tarot cards, allowing him to adjust his base properties and the properties of others based on the cards he pulls. He can only attune to a single set of cards at any given time, and if someone other then himself touches them his connection with the cards shatters. 

- He attunes his own soul to the cards, so when the connection breaks it hurts considerably. The longer he is attuned to the card, the more damage is done. 

- It takes roughly an hour to attune to a new set of cards, and he must remain completely undisturbed. Any distraction or lapse in focus will cause the process to cancel, and he'll have to restart it again. 

- He is unable to control the type of boost (or in some unlucky cases, misfortune) or the potency, but he is able to cancel it. He is only able to cancel it through meditation though and only when it applies to himself - he can't meditate to undo the effects on others. 

- He can do tarot reading with other cards as well, but his quick won't activate unless it's his specific set. He reserves that set for very special people. 

- It can only be used on others when they allow him to briefly connect with them via hand contact. It doesn't work ranged either, and the connection can be severed if they move too far away.
