Jace

A simple businessman dealing in souls. At least, that's what he says. Jace works for an underground corporation in which he has to deal souls illegally. You can only manage souls that arrive to your corporation, which are naturally reaped from reapers. Taking them directly from humans and granting them wishes, is illegal. The illegal procedure goes as follows: A demon makes a deal with a human to give them their wish for a certain amount of time. After that time is up, they personally reap the souls and take it to the corporation. What Jace is doing is very dangerous, but, he needs the money, plus, he can't get out of it. As much as Jace doesn't want to be dealing souls in this way, he's stuck in an extremely restrictive contract and was forced into it. Unfortunately, Heaven doesn't see it this way. Heaven and Hell have recently pulled themselves out of war, and they are in a truce. However, many angels and demons still discriminate against each other and dislike each other. Reapers were neutral in the war, so they had no negative consequence in the war. Heaven's authority jailed Jace, who was broken out by a specialized co-worker. He's now much more cautious, and is now on the run from angels. However, he didn't know his whole fate will turn at the actions of one, particular angel.

He's usually serious about his job, and he tries to be serious about most things. He is charming and suave when he's comfortable, and is good at socializing. However, he never shows his full self to anybody. Many others view him as classy, refined, and a little mischevious, but they've only scratched the surface. A very select few know how much he bottles up his feelings. He has many breakdowns in the privacy of his own home and drinks heavily.
