Skill: Capable of gifting others various kinds of strength after they've sweared allegiance to them(Beelzebub). After they've done this, Bub can give them orders they can't directly go against, although they can look for loopholes, which Bub sometimes intentionally is sure to leave to entertain themself. Additionally, Beelzebub can switch between a female or male body, depending of who they're working with at the moment. They go by either female or male pronouns, and those too switch depending on their body.

Personality: Conniving and manipulative, Beelzebub thrives on a sense of control over the people she influences, and on the chaos they often intentionally cause in other cities. They enjoy watching others struggle, and are always on the lookout for deals that might help them improve their current place in life. Bub is also someone who will never go against their word, although they will absolutely bend it to the breaking point if it suits them. Working with Beelzebub is a reason for paranoia and requires a dedication many don't have, which is why Bub has never fired their receptionist, Dial Tone, despite Dial's decreasing mental state. Beelzebub is here to enjoy themself, and is out and about causing trouble and enjoying their time in pubs, casinos, and circuses.
